Hotel Splendid – Becici - Montenegro

Hotel Splendid is a five star Wellness Resort Hotel with exclusive wellness and congress capacities. Hotel has 325 rooms and 12 apartments. Main restaurant is for 700 persons and has a terrace of 220 m². Congress Centre is for 900 visitors on 1200 m2. Wellness & Spa Centre on 2600 m² has 3 Pools.

Technical description: Plant is divided in several parts, A3 on the left side, A2, A1, B as a central part, C1, C2, C3 on the right side, and additional object D. On the top of each part of building is a mechanical room. The whole complex is fully air conditioned, controlled with the modern building management system with more then 3000 data points (without 2000 data points from fire dampers). In the building are installed more then 900 motorised fire dampers and round 50 smoke exhausting dampers. Every room is equipped with fan coil with fresh air duct and motorised air damper. Fire and smoke dampers are controlled by modern supervising system based on ring bus technology.
